Babi Guling (Suckling Pig)
Also known as Bali Suckling Pig, Babi Guling is one of Bali’s most famous local dishes. Pigs are marinated with local herbs and spices then roasted. Soft meat pieces served with rice, stewed vegetables, pork sausages and fried pork.

Bebek Goreng / Bebek Betutu
Roast duck and roast smoked duck Bali are two variations of dishes from traditional duck. This dish consists of a duck marinated spices and then steamed or boiled before being taken away grill (Bebek Goreng called).
