Roots Coffee Roaster is a branch of the Roast Restaurant, but only sells cafes and does not serve as much savory food. Essentially, it is also a training center for quality appraisals of coffee and professional courses for those who are passionate. Therefore, the restaurant is only open for 2 days for normal guests.
