2. How to move from Hanoi to Halong – Hanoi to Halong Bay Transfer:

2.1. By car:

From Hanoi to Halong, refer to one of the following routes:

  • Hanoi – Bac Ninh – Ha Long: 155 km:

This is the shortest route from Hanoi to Halong, travelling by car can take 2.5 to 3.5 hours, the journey is as follows:

– From Hanoi, go along Route 5 to Sai Dong Intersection: 10 km

-In Sai Dong, keep following Route 1 – Bac Ninh: 23 km.

– From Bac Ninh, follow Route 18 – Pha Lai- Chi Linh – Dong Trieu – Uong Bi – Ha Long: 122 km.

  • Hanoi – Hai Duong – Ha Long: 170 km:

This is a convenient road, from Hanoi to Hai Duong City. When you arrive at Nam Sach Town, turn along National Road 183 through Sao Do, Dong Trieu, Uong Bi Town, to Halong. The travel time is about 3 – 4 hours.

  • Hanoi – Hai Duong – Hai Phong – Halong: 160 km.

This route goes through Hai Duong City. Then, when you reach Quan Toan (Hai Phong), turn along National Highway 10 connecting to Highway 18A in Uong Bi Town to Halong, the travel time takes around 3 – 3.5 hours.

2.2. By train:
