Kim Son Bao Thang Pagoda
The newest among the hottest Vietnam destinations this new year may be Kim Son Bao Thang Pagoda. Located on the top of Fansipan, this newly inaugurated pagoda is currently the highest pagoda in Vietnam. Enjoying the spring here, visitors will have chance to see the 3.8m-high Buddha Statue, the 11-store monolithic tower and the Arhat road with 18 bronze arhat statues (2.5m high), etc. Nearby is the giant Buddha Statue 21.5m in height, the tallest bronze statue in Vietnam now. To reach this pagoda, you need to buy a cable ticket of 700,000 VND per adult, 500,000 VND per kid.

Phung Hung Wall-painting Street (Pho Bich Hoa Phung Hung)
Completed in early February, after many years staying in the ragged cover inside the Old Quarter, Phung Hung Street now suddenly stands out brightly and becomes crowded during Lunar New Year Holiday. In here, wall-painting pictures were hung on 17 archways, reconstituting the old Hanoi with old groceries, female vendors, jingling electric train and old scholars giving Chinese characters, etc. To add more fun for the small street, the young also set up tea tables and drawers for visitors to contact with others.

Vu Lam Royal Palace (Hanh Cung Vu Lam)
The next hottest place of Vietnam destinations 2018 is Hanh Cung Vu Lam. This is one of the new routes that have just been exploited in Trang An Complex this Lunar New Year. This route No.3 passes by Trinh Temple, May Cave, Dia Linh Cave, Van Cave, Quy Minh Temple and lastly Vu Lam Royal Palace. Among these sites, Dia Linh is the longest cave in Tang An, which is 2,000m long. It takes about 3 hours to explore this route with ticket of 200,000 VND per pax.

Old Trang An
Old Trang An is not a new attractions but this has become hotter, listed among the hottest Vietnam destinations in the beginning of 2018 when amazing selfie pictures here were widely spread out. Located at 2km to the New Trang An, coming here, tourists can ride boats to explore cave and visit temples. Besides, tourists can also go trekking to enjoy the whole view of the surrounding valley. The way to the top of the mountain is so winding that many tourists think of the Great Wall of China or the way to Mua Cave. It costs you only 45,000 VND per pax to hire a boat to see around.

Pygmy Cave
Another among hot Vietnam destinations this new year is Pygmy Cave. This is the 4th largest cave in the world, newly discovered in Quang Binh province and it has just been open for tourism since the beginning of this year. The cave is located deep inside Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, Bo Trach district, with a high entrance gate (100m high and 845m long). This is also the camping site to sleep over the 2nd night of the 3D2N exploration itinerary. Also in this tour, tourists can visit 2 other caves which are Ho Cave and Over Cave. Tourists are not allowed to self-discover but must go with a travel company.

Hue
Ky Dai lighting is a highlight of Hue at night, starting from February. Accordingly, on the occasion of 2018 Tet, Ky Dai will be lighted with 1,000 LEDs from 17:40 to 2am next morning. This lighting program will also be implemented every weekend for visitors to enjoy.

Tulip Garden
The 1,000 m2 tulip garden is a new hot destination in Nha Trang. The flowers are expected to bloom until mid lunar January. This garden is covered by thousands of colorful tulips which all have origins from Netherlands. It is located inside an amusement park of Nha Trang, entrance ticket is 800,000 VND per adult, 700,000 per kid.

Thom islet
The last among hottest Vietnam destinations of this new year is Thom Islet. This islet is located to the South of the famous Phu Quoc Island, well-known for its blue water and green coconut tiny islets. In mid-February, this place becomes more famous for its new longest 3-wire cable of the world. Coming here, tourists can go swimming, fishing, catching squid or snorkeling.
