Be constructed within 5 years, has a height of 314m with 77 floors, MahaNakhon is currently the tallest building in Thailand. In addition to owning a record height, MahaNakhon also owns the extremely novel design ideas – its facade looks like a Lego tower lost a few bricks. Reportedly, this is the design of the multinational architectural company Buro Ole Scheeren. 314 m high MahaNakhon Building with bumpy cube at the body is brightly illuminating, that make pedestrians overwhelmed when view it from the distance.

Shortly after inaugurated in the last August (29/8), the building which is located in the commercial center area Silom / Sathorn of Bangkok has attracted great attention with its exotic appearance. MahaNakhon is expected to be the new center of Thailand since it mass property offices, hotels, restaurants, crowded shopping malls and the most modern.

The colorful lights emanating from the 314m high building, shines straight to the night sky to celebrate the official active days of the projects worth 18 billion baht (about $523million). The project belongs to Pace Development Corp, located on Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Road in Silom – a busy area, attracting many tourists.

The appearance of the building with unique and surreal architecture is the pride of the Thai people. Many young Thais and tourists soon visited and took pictures here, creating a wave MahaNakhon across social networks.

Earlier, the Baiyoke Tower II building with a height of 304m in Ratchathewi district, Bangkok was Thailand’s tallest building in two decades.
