2. The surprising Gunung Mulu National Park

Another stunning place is the Gunung Mulu National Park located in the state of Sarawak. In this Unesco World Heritage Site you will find caves, karst formations with a mountainous equatorial rainforest’s background. The climate at Mulu is influenced by the mosson. In the lowlands temperatures vary between 23 and 26 °C while they are between 14 and 18 °C on the summit.

3. Putrajaya: the federal administrative center of Malaysia

Putrajaya is the city where we find the major part of the governmental ministries. It’s a small city with a population of 88,300. We find in that city important monuments such as the Putra Mosque, the Ministry of Health building or again the Ministry of Finance complex.

4. George Town: one of the best places to visit in Malaysia ?

George Town is one of the most visited city in Malaysia. It has been several times mentioned as a top destination in Asia by some well-known magazines such as Forbes, Time and even by the guide book Lonely Planet. The city is well-know for its gastronomy and was mentioned by the CNN as “one of Asia’s best street food cities”.

5. Malacca City

The city of Malacca has a long history of wars and conflicts. It was invaded by Portugal, Japan and came back to England after the World War II. Nowadays, the city is well known for tourism and is a Unesco World Heritage Site.
