1. Accommodation – The first preparation of Sapa itinerary.

We find accommodation is a pretty homestay in Sapa via Booking.com. In addition, you can also find yourself the most suitable accommodation via Agoda.
You should choose a place with a view overlooking the mountains or large squares to enjoy Sapa the most.

2. Transportation.

There are many easy ways to travel from Hanoi to Sapa. You can choose the transfer service of GoAsiaDayTrip or catch the night buses. Besides, you can also choose to travel to Sapa by train, this is a wonderful experience to travel Sapa, which is chosen by many tourists.

3. Which kind of clothes you should use?

The weather in Sapa is quite different between the day and the evening. During the day is hot, the night is very cold. Therefore, to follow Sapa itinerary, you should bring winter costumes. Thus, once traveling many places by motorbike, you will not be freeze.

4. Detail Sapa itinerary.

4.1. The first day – Cat Cat Village and Heaven Coffee.

Morning:

We ate breakfast and walked to the hotel nearby, sent our belongings and rent a motorbike to go to Cat Cat village. If your driving skill is not stable, you should take a taxi or a motorbike to go to Cat Cat village. Price ranges from 30,000 VND to 50,000 VND (~ $ 2 – $ 3).

Tickets for entrance is VND 70,000 / person (~ $ 4)
Renting a traditional skirt will cost VND 50,000 / set (~ $ 3). I did not hire because the previous time wore, I felt not suitable. But if you want to experience indigenous ethnic culture, you can try and should try.
We like this village because of the rustic, there are some pretty little bamboo bridges and streams.
There are quite a lot of beautiful corners for you to take photos, show your artistic talents. You should be careful with children here, they will lure you to buy souvenirs at a high price. However, you can refuse and give them some candy.

Afterward, we decided to walk, watching the roadside, enjoying food
If you feel tired, you can hire a motorbike to reach where you can catch a taxi, about $ 0,5. Next, we went to Heaven (Heaven restaurant and Heaven Coffee were 2 separate locations). Because of being too tired, we could only climb to Haven Restaurant, thus we decided to eat here. This restaurant is spacious, with many mountain views, clear glass doors. Food prices range from VND 80,000 to VND 90,000 (~ $ 5 – $ 6). Price for water range from 50,000 VND – 80,000 VND.
You should watch time to return to the hotel, because in Sapa, it is quite dark and the street light is very bad.

You can visit Sapa Square, where gatherings for selling products and foods in the evening. We came here after enjoying a Sapa dinner. Here, you should take the time to go around to buy souvenirs for family and friends.
Moreover, you can go to the massage parlor, bathing in Red Dao leaves to relax after a long day of exhausting discoveries.

4.2. The second day of Sapa itinerary.

You should get up early so you can see Sapa sinking in the early sunshine and fog. Visiting Sapa center and enjoy traditional breakfast of the locals along the road.

Next, you can go to Fansipan Legend to queue and get the ticket of cable car to the top of Fansipan (price is about $27).

After visiting Fansipan, you can comeback to Sapa center and have a local lunch.

Afternoon:

Before entering the bus to comeback Hanoi, you can pick a coffee shop here to sum up your Sapa trip with your mates.
