1. Vientiane Night market

Usually referred to as the ‘night bazaar’, it’s known as the most largest and most popular shopping point in the city. Instead of being congested in the crowd, this night market break your annoyment while shopping with a full of people; you can slowly wander to opt for yourself something suitable at a very reasonable price after grabing a bargain. There are many stalls selling a vast of products lik clothes, artwork, electronic equipments, accessories and trinkets. Also, food is offered at some restaurants opposite to the Night market.

2. Carol Cassidy Lao Textiles

It’s both a workshop and gallery located in the Vientiane centre. The shop is mainly selling Laos textile weaving with very intricate patterns and elaborate motifs. The designer has made distinctions in beautiful pieces of woven art, clothes and cloths. Carol Cassidy is the recognized name thanks to her items presented in some museums in USA.

3. Talat Sao Morning Market

It would be great for whom early wake up. Stalls will be readily opened at 7.00 am to welcome shoppers. This market is offering many items at a wide range of prices. It’s separated into 2 space: An outside area has narrows walkways with stalls along; while the inside seems like a shopping mall (air-conditioned, more expensive, brighter…). There’s also a Big C centre, when you can watch a three-screen cinema and an exciting games area.
