Where you’re served great Thailand dishes with a quite alluring menu. The best highlight is about the price. It’s very reasonable to enjoy your meals; though, it’s not the same as the locals can get. But I think it’s fine.

This restaurant serves you mainly Laos food with 2 spaces of indoor/outdoor. The outdoor area at the front is familiar with whom need relaxation while sipping a beer cup with ice and watch people go by. It’s an ideal spot for tasty Laos food and fresh beer.

Sabaidee Thakkhek
It is a low cost place towards foreigners have had enough of the food at Travel Lodge. Sabaidee provides you a menu including burgers, steaks and fried rice at very affordable price. You should take the Caesar salad. It’s open throughout the day
And after delicious meal, they offer great massage next door (Sabaidee massage)
Address: Settled halfway between the river and the roundabout. Note that It’s far away 1.5 kilometres from Travel Lodge.
- D-D restaurant
It’s where you can take a bite of sandwich served with salad which is mixture of cucumber, tomato, lettuce…sliced and dished up before you. It seems to be suitable for a breakfast than other options.

- Le bouton d’or boutique
This restaurant will be preferred by vegetarians since it’s mainly set you meals with steamed vegetables such as tomato sauce, spicy squid salad or green papaya salad… For sure, you should ask waiters to serve you as a vegetarian.
