What to Expect

You will enjoy a wide range of experiences - from learning traditional fishing techniques, experiencing the cycling to countryside area to paddle the strange and unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats while exploring the now tranquil coconut-palm flanked waterways of a past war. On this tour, we provide an authentic social and cultural insight into the local Vietnamese way of life. As well you will take part in some hands-on activities that are fun, safe and interesting to people all of the ages.

• In The Morning

  08:00 - 08:30 Our guide picks up at your hotel or meeting point and start a cycle trip to the countryside and rivers around Hoi An. The guide will take you around the village, on your way you can see paddy fields, water buffalos, and see farmers working hard on their farms (depending on the season).

  10:00 Explore the Eco-Village Cam Thanh, we take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. We then meet and engage with local fishermen, enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing. You will take the net up , collect the fish and the shrimp.

  11:30 Have a have delicious lunch at local restaurant with Vietnamese menu such as: Beef Noodle Soup, Deep-fried spring roll, Hoi An Pancake ( Banh Xeo) with pork and prawns, Fresh spring roll without the rice paper.
  
  12:30 We return to hotel by bus. Tour ends
