In these Terms and Conditions “we, our, us, company” refers to GoAsiaDayTrip Co., Ltd (Gadttravel.com or Gadt Travel). “You or your" refers to the clients or agents, who are creating an account with us and/or making a reservation through us.
All services on Gadt Travel's website are quoted in USD. Payment will be converted to VND at the current exchange rate of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank). Price includes all taxes, fees and payment fees.
The services that are customized to your enquiries or are not available on our website will not include of taxes, fees, and payment fees.
In our quotes, there are always separated the land tour and airfares. We will publicize the airfares, the customers book with us or can book by themselves but need to follow the exact date and time mentioned in the tour program.
Flight ticket: According to the prices and terms and conditions of the airlines.
All services on Gadt Travel's website are pre-paid. You can pay by credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, JSC through Onepay payment gateway.
Onepay is the leading online payment method in Vietnam. Established in 2006, also a pioneer in the early days of e-commerce in Vietnam. Onepay is the representative of electronic Mastercard payment service in Vietnam, Onepay is currently leading the online payment market.
For payments for services that are customized or not available on our website. You can use the payment gateways Paypal, Payoneer, Wire transfer (bank transfer), Western Union and you will be responsible for the entire transfer fees.
For services that are tailored specifically to you or are not available on our website. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount is requested to confirm your reservations. Final payment of the tour price must be made 20 days prior to starting date of the tour, or otherwise Gadt Travel may at their sole discretion cancel the bookings without any refund of sums already paid to Gadt Travel by you.
Gadt Travel is able to change schedules, destinations and services in the tour free for you. But you may incur additional fees due to changes made by 3rd parties such as airline tickets and hotel rooms.
Airport Transfer: Free cancellation before 24 hours with full refund.
Day Tours (join group): Free cancellation before 48 hours with full refund.
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
Note: Banking fees will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
All requests for refunds will be considered promptly, but they must be in writing and received within 30 days of the return date of the tour. Certain unused tour features are not refundable.
It is the responsibility of individual travelers to see that proper documentation is obtained in advance of the trip. Each passenger must be in possession of a valid passport which must be valid for more than 6 months AFTER the return date of travel. Passport number, date and place of issue, and birth date is now required by airlines and trains, may be required to confirm services. Names on your airline tickets must match the first and last name listed on your passport.
Visa requirements must be met for travel to certain countries. Visa requirements vary according to your nationality. To avoid time consuming, we recommend you obtain your required visas on arrival. Please check our visa-on-arrival services. You may also make your own visa arrangements directly with the embassy/ consulate of Vietnam in your country.
Check with us for up-to-date requirements and information. Gadt Travel will assist with but will not be held responsible for obtaining the necessary documentation.
Client is responsible to review the itinerary and determine if they’re in a healthy state to participate in the listed activities. Gadt Travel and our travel consultants are not liable for any health complications arising from the activities listed in the itinerary. It is the responsibility of the clients to advise regarding health-related matters and to determine which activities are safe given their current health.
Before reserving an itinerary, the client is responsible to disclose any physical, emotional, or mental conditions which may not conform to the health requirements necessary for the activities listed in the itinerary and to advise us of any necessary changes. Gadt Travel reserves the right to decline any trip participant which may affect client’s health and safety, or the enjoyment of other clients.
According to travel luggage requirements of local governments in the country/countries that you intend to travel, you can bring certain given weight of luggage by free of charge. Client is responsible for paying for any additional fees resulting from baggage more than the airlines allowed luggage weight and size.
Gadt Travel will carry out tour services after making sure you are properly insured. You are required to have purchased full coverage travel insurances before leaving your mother country to cover a wide range of unexpected loss and damages. Travel Insurance is not included in our tour cost.
All members of Gadt Travel are very pleased to serve for you. We will do our best to make your trip satisfactory during your tour, provides Indochina travel information and itinerary booking and all the information needed for you to well prepare for the journey.
However, the responsibility of Gadt Travel is strictly limited, we shall not be responsible for unreasonable and negligent acts, omissions, or failure to act of any suppliers such as those of land, air, and water transportation, sightseeing excursions, cruise/hotel accommodations, or of any third party not directly owned or operated by Gadt Travel.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, weather, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond the direct control of GADT Travel.
Gadt Travel shall not be responsible for any personal valuable items stolen or lost during your trip. You should take care of your bags.
Gadt Travel shall not be responsible for your failure to comply with customs regulations.
Gadt Travel shall not be held responsible for loss, death, physical harm caused to, or any expenses incurred by passengers if they deviate from our original tour itinerary or group.
Gadt Travel reserves the right to make changes to accommodations, tours, and flights of equal value at any time. If we have cancelled any tour Itinerary prior to the commencement of the tour, Gadt Travel is liable for a full refund of the money received by Gadt Travel to the client. Gadt Travel will do our best to adjust the itinerary according to your needs. However, Gadt Travel is not responsible for conflicts resulting from hotels and transportation booked solely by the client that conflict with the itinerary such as airlines delays. Gadt Travel’s maximum liability, for any reason, will be limited to the amount paid to us for the requested services.
Gadt Travel reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time, or to increase the program price in the event of cost increasing due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency fluctuations, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges.
Gadt Travel reserves the right to vary sightseeing order if that will enable you to visit all listed excursions easily. In either case, the itinerary content will be maintained to the extent possible.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip or hotel in accordance with the times given in our cancellation policy.
Our representatives may provide help and advice. All activities are undertaken at your own risk. Gadt Travel shall not be responsible for any actions or events that occur after its employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.
Guests with disabilities are welcomed at GADT Travel. Any person requiring special services, assistance, equipment, or accommodations must inform our sales at time of reservation. But in worse cases, we reserve the right to refuse requested accommodation if it is not readily achievable. Guests using wheelchairs must be accompanied by a companion during the journey.
If guests have special dietary needs, we must be required at the time of booking or latest 3 days before arrival at the airport.
Whenever you feel unsatisfied with tour services of GADT Travel, please contact us or inform your local tour guide or your travel consultant immediately, in order to avoid other similar problems/situations happening again during your trip.
If you intend to request a claim for compensation, you must contact us by email, regular mail, or fax in writing 10 days after ending your tour for us to initiate the claim review. Please keep relevant receipts and substantiating evidence carefully and submit as requested. For any claims made later than 10 days after end of your tour, GADT Travel will not be liable to process the claim.
