• Day 1: Ho Chi Minh Arrival

  Upon arrival time at Tan Son Nhat Airport, our guide will be waiting at the airport to welcome you and then you will get transferred to the hotel for your check in.
  Rest of the day is free for leisure.
  You will join in the break ice activity and a warm dinner at the restaurant.
  Overnight at a 5-star hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

• Day 2: Conference - Gala Dinner

  Have breakfast at your hotel.
  You have free time to prepare for your meeting or visit the city yourself.
  Depend on your meeting time, the conference is setup at the hotel with:
  Usage of the function room;
  Reception desk with flowers:
  Meeting room is setup with pads, pencils and mineral waters;
  Built- in projector and screen;
  Wi-fi access in function room;
  Podium and stage;
  Two (2) wireless micro and sound system for speech;
  Two (2) coffee breaks with tea, coffee and refreshments and buffet lunch;
  Having lunch at the hotel conference or restaurant;
  Continue the meeting, then at the late afternoon you will join in the gala dinner with free flow of beers, hard liquor soft drink for 2 hours and the delicious dishes.

• Day 3: Excursion Ho Chi Minh City And Cu Chi Tunnels

  Enjoy breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
  Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification palace, which was built on the site of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu.
  Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum-the museum has a vast display of both the Indochina wars.
  Enjoy your lunch at the restaurant.
  In the afternoon, depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving.
  Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by an introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time exploring the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the specially constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purposes during the war.
  Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. Break time for relaxing or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. Return to Saigon and have dinner at the restaurant.

• Day 4: Ho Chi Minh Departure

  After breakfast, you have free time until our driver comes to your hotel and picks you up for the airport.
  Check out the hotel then get transferred to Tan Son Nhat Airport and board your flight back home with tremendous memories of Vietnam.
