  Embark on an adventurous journey with our "Hanoi to Ha Giang Expedition." The journey kicks off with a hotel pickup in Hanoi Old Quarter. Enjoy dinner on the way (self-payment) and settle in for an overnight trip on a sleeping bus.

  04:00-04:30: Your journey begins as you touch down in Ha Giang. Check into a charming homestay or motel, catch a moment of rest, and savor a delightful breakfast to fuel your day of exploration.

  07:00: Join our passionate tour guide for an immersive adventure through the enchanting Ha Giang karst plateau, unlocking a tapestry of wonders:

  • Discover the symbolic Km0 milestone in Ha Giang city, a starting point for your extraordinary expedition.
  • Conquer Bac Sum Pass, the gateway to the mesmerizing Dong Van Karst Plateau, where the wind whispers tales of untold beauty.
  • Ascend Quan Ba Sky Gate, a vantage point offering breathtaking views of Bosom Mountain and the quaint Tam Son Town.
  • Dive into the intricate artistry of brocade production at Lung Tam weaving village, a testament to local craftsmanship (Note: Weather or road conditions may alter this visit).
  • Capture a moment with a solitary Lumber tree, a silent witness to the passage of time.
  • Stand in awe at Tham Ma Pass, where the strength of horses was once tested against the rugged terrain.
    Noon: Indulge in a flavorsome lunch at a local eatery, rejuvenating for the adventures that lie ahead. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the cultural tapestry:
  • Stroll along Pho Cao (Fox Street), where unique H'Mong houses stand proudly with rock fences, each telling a story.
  • Conquer the twists and turns of 9 Rounds Pass, unveiling surprises at every curve.
  • Step into Sung La village, home to the H'Mong Ancient house, a living piece of cinematic history from the film "Story of Pao" (2006).
  • Explore the opulent King family mansion nestled in the Sa Phin Valley, a window into Dong Van's affluent past.

  18:00: Arrive in Dong Van town, your haven for the night. Check into your hotel and relish a well-deserved break.

  19:00: Dive into a delectable dinner and let the evening unfold. Wander through Dong Van's old quarter, breathe in the history, or sip on a cup of coffee (self-funded) at the renowned "Café Phố Cổ." Immerse yourself in the local flavors, creating memories that will linger long after the night is over.

• DAY 2: MAPILENG PASS - NHO QUE RIVER - HA GIANG - HANOI (B/L/D)

   06:30: Kickstart your day with a hearty breakfast. If it's Sunday, seize the opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant Dong Van weekly market, a lively gathering of H'mong, Dzao, and Tay communities adorned in colorful traditional attire, showcasing a myriad of local products.

   08:00: After checking out, embark on an exhilarating journey:

  •  Conquer the awe-inspiring Mapileng Pass, unveiling spectacular scenery.
  • Capture moments with the 800-meter-deep Mapileng Canyon.
  • Opt for a thrilling yacht ride on the Nho Que River, venturing into Tu San Canyon (additional fee of $15/person for return bus and boat).

  Noon: Recharge with lunch in Dong Van town. Post-lunch, return to Ha Giang, visiting the enchanting Lung Tam weaving village to witness the intricate brocade production stages.

   17:30: Return to Ha Giang and savor dinner at a local restaurant. Depending on your chosen option:

  • If you opt for the Limousine return to Hanoi: Head to the Limousine, check in, and rest. Enjoy a self-sufficient dinner on the journey back, arriving in Hanoi around 00:30 am the next day. Tour concludes. Until we meet again!
  • If you choose the Sleeping bus return to Hanoi: The car will take you to the Homestay for rest and dinner. Afterward, board the Sleeping bus for the journey back to Hanoi, reaching the destination around 04:00 am the next day. Tour concludes. Until we meet again!
