Learn more about Vietnamese culture through its food during this fun cooking class activity. Before heading to the kitchen you’ll tour Hoi An’s fresh produce market to select the ingredients you’ll cook with. Then, set sail up the river in a bamboo basket boat and try fishing for crabs the Vietnamese way. In the kitchen, enjoy a two-hour cooking class and learn new skills. Enjoy eating your creations after class.
08:00 - 08:30 OR 14:00 - 14:30 Our guide picks up at your hotel or meeting point in Hoi An center, and start a cycle trip to the countryside and rivers around Hoi An. The guide will take you around the villages, on your way you can see paddy fields, water buffalo, and see farmers working hard on their farms (depending on the season).
We then arrive Cam Thanh Village, which is a wonderful ecological spot in the southeast of Hoi An. We spend about 45mins riding on traditional round-bamboo boat along the canal. Optionally, if you want to experience spinning basket boats, you will be transferred to another boat. There will be extra charge 100,000 vnd/ 1 person in 1 minutes; you should pay directly to basket boat man.
11:30 / 16:30 Arrive at the venue where your cooking lesson begins. You will be guided to make a 4-course meal of delicious, traditional Vietnamese dishes using the ingredients you picked up earlier in the day.

Beef Noodle Soup
deep-fried spring rolls
Hoi An Pancake ( Banh Xeo) with pork and prawns
Fresh spring roll without rice paper
Once your dishes are complete, sit down to taste the fruits of your labor and chat with your host as you dig in.
