• Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

  Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam
  We have Vip fast track service at airport to let you check in & receive Vietnam visa quicker at Noi Bai airport.
  Overnight in Hanoi.
  
  (Optional: Vip fast track – arrival service: 50 USD/person
  Our staff will hold a sign board with your name & welcome you outside boarding bridge or pipe & bring you to landing visa counter. You give us your passport, 2 passport photos (size 4x6cm), visa stamping fee at airport (in case you choose Vietnam Visa On Arrival) Our staff proceed visa stamping/immigration procedures. (Depending on peak time or off-peak time, it takes around 3-5 minutes.) Bring you to go straight to private door to do the produces for fast entry stamp. You will receive your passport with visa stamp. You do not to queue, only wait a bit to let us take time process visa for you. After that, our staff will bring you to Baggage Claim area & you will wait when you receive all your luggage. Assist you to find your tour guide or find taxi to transfer you to hotel

• Day 2: Hanoi – Mai Chau Conference

  Have breakfast at your hotel. Then transfer your group from hotel to Mai Chau (about 3.5 – 4 hours on road).
  Having lunch at local restaurant
  
  In the afternoon, depend on your suitable time, the conference is setup with:
  - Place for meeting room half day
  - Paper & pen
  - 1 bottle mineral water per pax/half day
  - Fresh flower on table
  - Flipchart + 10 A0 sheets
  - Sound system: 2 sup + 2 microphones + amplifier
  - 01 projection screen, 1 projector
  - Light & Stage
  - Technical support throughout conference

• Day 3: Mai Chau – Boat on Hoa Binh lake – Lac Village – Pom Coong village – local market

  Mai Chau is a beautiful valley. Most villages in Mai Chau valley are inhabited by Thai ethnic people.
  Having breakfast at hotel, then we will have a private boat to admire the beautiful of Hoa Binh Lake & discover the local lIfe. Kayaking between blue water & enjoy the charming landscape.
  Having traditional lunch at Lac village which is home of white Thai
  In the afternoon, take a walking or cycling around local villages as Lac village, Pom Coong village…
  After visiting, back to hotel in Mai Chau

• Day 4: Mai Chau – Hanoi sightseeing

  In the morning, pick up your group at hotel then transfer to Hanoi city center (3,5 – 4 hours on road).
  Having Vietnamese local lunch at restaurant
  In the afternoon, we visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where keeps the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh president. You will listen to stories about Ho Chi Minh, a great father as well as the first president of Vietnam. You’ll also visit the One Pillar Pagoda, located in Ho Chi Minh Complex, which is actually a group of structures that collectively make up a pagoda built over the water in the middle of a square lake. visit Ngoc Son temple at Hoan Kiem Lake and get to know more about the history of the temple.

• Day 5: Hanoi departure

  Breakfast at hotel then proceed your group to airport for departure flight.
