• Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

  Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam.
  We have VIP fast track service at airport to let you check in & receive Vietnam visa quicker at Noi Bai airport.
  Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.
  
  (Optional: Vip fast track – arrival service: 50 USD/person
  Our staff will hold a sign board with your name & welcome you outside boarding bridge or pipe & bring you to landing visa counter. You give us your passport, 2 passport photos (size 4x6cm), visa stamping fee at airport (in case you choose Vietnam Visa On Arrival) Our staff proceed visa stamping/immigration procedures. (Depending on peak time or off-peak time, it takes around 3-5 minutes.) Bring you to go straight to private door to do the produces for fast entry stamp. You will receive your passport with visa stamp. You do not to queue, only wait a bit to let us take time process visa for you. After that, our staff will bring you to Baggage Claim area & you will wait when you receive all your luggage. Assist you to find your tour guide or find taxi to transfer you to hotel

• Day 2: Hanoi Conference – half day Hanoi city with cyclo

  Have breakfast at your hotel.
  You have free time to prepare for your meeting or visit the city yourself.
  Depend on your meeting time, the conference is setup at the hotel with:
  - Meeting room is set up according to the client’s request (conference style, cocktail style, theatre, class room, U shape)
  - Mid- hour tea party
  - 1 bottle mineral water per pax/half day
  - Reception desk with fresh flowers
  - Chair table with fresh flowers
  - 01 projection screen, 1 projector, 03 wireless microphones
  - Speech podium
  - 2 flipcharts and 1 whiteboard
  - Paper, pencil and candy for delegates
  - Electronic signage in front of meeting room’s door & signage at hotel lobby
  - Sound systems
  - Wireless internet access
  
  Having lunch at hotel’s local restaurant with free flow soft drinks & beers for 2 hours

  In the afternoon, our tour guide pick up your group at hotel, proceed to visit Ho Chi Minh complex with Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, house on stilt, One pillar pagoda, Ba Dinh square then 1 hour cyclo around trading areas of Hanoi Old Quarter, stop at Hoan Kiem Lake to learn more about the legend of the lake & see Ngoc Son temple. Rest of time: free at leisure

• Day 3: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay - Hanoi

  In the morning: Departure to Ha Long Bay (3 hrs), listed as a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. “Dragon descending to the sea“ as it is known in Vietnamese, picturesque Ha Long bay has more than 1.000 limestone islets rising from the sea, many of them containing beautiful grottoes.
  12.00 Check in to the Junk for our overnight boat cruise discovering this magnificent UNESCO World Wonder. This is a great journey among surreal islands rising from a tranquil emerald sea. The Junk adds to the experience for an overnight stay and fresh seafood meals.
  
  In the afternoon: Start cruising to the center of the bay. The seafood lunch is served in the dining room while the cruise ship is moving deeper into the bay for more beautiful landscapes of thousands limestone islets such as Fighting Cocks (symbol of Halong Bay), Duck, Finger, Incense Burner, and Stone Dogs. Cruise continues and the next destination is tempting, which is Thien Cung (Heaven Palace) Grotto. Like the name of it, the cave amazes even the pickiest visitors thanks to spectacular formations of thousand-year-old stalagmites and stalactites.
  
  In the evening: Come back to the main vessel for the way back to Halong. Get on the bus right after to travel back to Hanoi (3 hours)
