She said all that she has are only the loads and water pot. Out of the broth means out of stock. Even if it is more famous, she will prepare that pot every day only.

After the broadcast day on 26/9 (Hanoi time), the number of client also increase. She sees it as pressure, because she is worried for not serving well every customer. Space is also cramped, expansion is impossible, while she just wants to keep the stall forever like this as tradition of Vietnam.

However, to let more people be able to enjoy this typical food she try to sell longer. Now the stall often serves until 17:00 instead of 15:00.

Ms. Giang is always proud of her familiar snail soup stall. No matter how famous she is, she just wants this simple like this.
